Return Policy

Effective March 15, 2012 Reno Refractories will implement the following Return Policy.

All returns must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact your salesperson to obtain a RMA#.

No returns will be accepted without a RMA#.  The delivery will be refused and the shipment will be returned to the customer at additional shipping costs.

The customer will be responsible for all freight costs associated with returns as well as a 20% restocking fee.

No broken or damaged packages will be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection and verification of product expiration date.
